As a therapist, my focus is usually on relieving muscle tension and spasm, with the associated postural imbalances and pain that usually go with them. But I also offer de-stress treatments. Each treatment is guided by the needs of the client. I do not follow a set formulaic routine. Symptoms that do not change, or that recreate themselves, call for a different therapy.
